Why I made Go Yoga

Going to the gym is great, feeling fit is great, getting your exercise endorphins buzz is fantastic. As everybody knows, a healthy body leads to a healthy mind….. BUT there’s just one problem…Keeping the motivation to keep going. It’s just too easy to think of an excuse to leave it till tomorrow.  What if there was a way that made you want to exercise. Where you could in a short space of time, get your buzz and also feel like you are totally balanced in Mind, Body and Spirit. That is GoYoga.

I spoke to one lovely lady this evening who has just discovered us, she has taken on our 30 day unlimited pass where she can get 30 consecutive days of classes for almost £1.70 per class. She has been coming every day and now says:”I feel two inches taller”.

That is what we aim to do. To get you wanting to come back.

Our classes and teachers are so varied and so in love with teaching you, they want you to come back too. We love them, they love you, it’s one big fab happy time!

Not only do our classes get you hooked quickly, we also operate  a booking system, which encourages you to turn up.  If you book a class, you turn up.  If you don’t, you lose your pass.  This in itself makes you come, therefore you have to feel good.

Whatever age you are, we have something for you from Toddlers to mums to mums of mums. A range of classes from Go Calm the Flow Down to Go Hot Vinyasa (Vinyasa is a fast flow of moving yoga sequences.)

Come find us, we are in Hornbeam and in the town centre at Commercial Street. We are also coming to another town near you!

I came to yoga with a bad back and a full mind, lots of constant chatter, no different to anyone else... after 15 years of teaching... my mind still goes all monkey on me, the so called wild horses are still there... but I have it under control, I am aware of it..... my body has never felt so strong... yoga really solves so much...mind body and soul...
