Swing It!

To begin with it made me sick. I kept on feeling queasy, but there was something about the swing that made me carry on. The openness feeling in the neck, the decompression of the spine and as my confidence grew so did my relationship with the Yoga Swing.

If you have never tried it, you should, just once. You will feel the lift of the spine and the openness of the body and you will feel that release from gravity. We offer workshops now and then in this…. our next is in a few weeks time!
