Anahata -Opening Your Heart

There are times when it just gets too much. We often get let down, wounded, we feel lost.

Your heart could be hurt, you need to do something to mend that broken space.

Here is a set of exercises which allows the blood to flow freely around the body, encourages blood to flow to the brain and if you believe it, creates magic moments and raises your awareness and your vibration. Your focus is key… practise this for 40 days to increase blood flow around the heart and increase your ability to love and share.

I came to yoga with a bad back and a full mind, lots of constant chatter, no different to anyone else... after 15 years of teaching... my mind still goes all monkey on me, the so called wild horses are still there... but I have it under control, I am aware of it..... my body has never felt so strong... yoga really solves so much...mind body and soul...
