3. The third thief of energy is what you listen to...What you hear? Do you listen to the news every day all day? Does that make you feel good or fearful? Try to again turn your attention to listening to the good to the funny. To stuff that makes you feel good.

Anyone who has been reading my blogs know that I am a super massive fan of Solfeggio Harmonies…

These calm me and hopefully you and connect to our chakras and wheels or aspects of life.

Listen to the voices around you and decide if they are growing your positivity or depleting it. Lots of negative, no I can’t, no that’s not possible is something you don’t need to hear all the time. Turn your attention to the little voices that say ‘yes’ and suddenly you will start to hear more and more ‘yes’s’.

I guess Jim Carrey in Yes Man did get himself to bother. But it at least starts up some energy and opens up some possibilities for you!

I came to yoga with a bad back and a full mind, lots of constant chatter, no different to anyone else... after 15 years of teaching... my mind still goes all monkey on me, the so called wild horses are still there... but I have it under control, I am aware of it..... my body has never felt so strong... yoga really solves so much...mind body and soul...
